R. STANGL Ges.m.b.H. enjoys the trust of their employees, customers and vendors because they conduct

business according to the highest ethical standards. R. STANGL Ges.m.b.H. agrees to comply with all applicable

laws, rules and regulations to build and maintain this reputation. That's why R. STANGL Ges.m.b.H. has set itself

the task of ensuring that the following rules are met:

Employees and Applicants

We will provide a healthy and safe working environment for our employees and we will protect them from abuse

and harassment. We do not tolerate discrimination based on skin color, race, nationality, social origin, disability,

sexual orientation, political or religious beliefs, sex or age. Nationally applicable working hours for our employees

are, of course, complied with.

Neither at R. STANGL Ges.m.b.H. nor at our suppliers do we tolerate child labor or the exploitation of children and

adolescents.

The health of our employees and a risk-free working environment are top priorities at R. STANGL Ges.m.b.H. and

are ensured through regular inspections.

Customers and Vendors

We will treat our customers and vendors with fairness and honesty. We will ensure that quotations and invoices are

clear, accurate and consistent.

Conflicts of interest

We will ensure to do all necessary to avoid conflicts of interest.

Bribery, Kickbacks and Extortions

We strictly disclaim corruption, extortion, bribery or other facilitating payments, and it is forbidden to any employee

to accept any payments, gifts or other facilities for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business.

Competition

We will be committed to free and fair competition. We will not make any agreement with a competitor which

prevents, restricts or distorts competition nor exchange sensitive commercial, in particular data regarding prices or

quantities (including sales, market share, territories or customers) and we will comply with all relevant laws.

Data protection

We will preserve the privacy and security of all personal data relating to the staff and customers and will comply

with all laws regulating how to handle such information.

Environment

An eco-friendly business strategy not only benefits the environment, but also the bottom line, as saving resources

and reducing waste ultimately saves money. We will seek to minimize the impact of our activities on the

environment and we expect that also from our suppliers.

Monitoring

We will encourage any employee who becomes aware of a breach of this code to bring it to our attention and we

will thoroughly investigate any possible breaches that we become aware of and take any necessary corrective

action.
